Welcome to AccelTradeX (the "Platform"), a professional charting and market-analysis tool brought to you by Accelpix & Accel Fintech (collectively, "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Support Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law.

THE SERVICE

AccelTradeX provides charting, market data, indicators, scanners, watchlists, options analytics, fundamental data, and "Trade-from-Chart" connectivity to your own SEBI-registered broker. It is offered on Free and Paid subscription tiers. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. Market data is sourced through duly licensed agreements with the Indian stock exchanges (NSE / BSE / MCX, as applicable) and authorized data providers.

ACCOUNT & SECURITY

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any broker API tokens you connect. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

AccelTradeX is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Stockbroker. We do not provide buy/sell/hold recommendations, calls, or tips. All charts, indicators, scanners, and analytical tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

TRADE FROM CHART

Orders placed via the chart are executed by your SEBI-registered broker, not by us. Your broker handles KYC, margin, execution, settlement, and statutory charges. We are not responsible for order rejection, slippage, broker downtime, or any trading loss. Trade-related disputes must be raised with your broker and, if unresolved, escalated via SEBI's SCORES portal (https://scores.sebi.gov.in).

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or manipulative purpose
• Scrape, redistribute, retransmit, or commercially exploit any market data
• Reverse-engineer the software or attempt unauthorized access
• Use bots or scripts to access the Platform beyond fair-use limits
• Post or share unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, logos, trademarks, and content on the Platform belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Free-tier users have no monetary claim.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or for legal/regulatory reasons. You may discontinue use at any time by cancelling your subscription.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
