This Privacy Policy explains how Accelpix & Accel Fintech (collectively, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use AccelTradeX (the "Platform"). This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, the IT Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account data: name, email, mobile number, password (stored as a salted hash)
• KYC / verification data, where applicable
• Payment data: billing details processed via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways (we do not store card numbers or CVV)
• Broker linking data: API tokens shared by you to enable Trade-from-Chart
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, IP address, device, browser, cookies, log data
• Your preferences: chart layouts, watchlists, alerts, and saved configurations.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To create and maintain your account and provide the Service
• To process payments and issue GST invoices
• To send transactional communications (OTPs, receipts, service updates)
• To provide customer support
• To detect fraud and secure the Platform
• To improve features through aggregated, anonymized analytics
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• To send marketing messages only with your consent (you may opt out anytime).

SHARING OF DATA

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers (hosting, payment, KYC, analytics, email/SMS) bound by confidentiality
• Your selected stock broker, when you link your account for Trade-from-Chart
• Stock exchanges and data providers, in aggregated form, as required by data-licensing agreements
• Regulatory or legal authorities when required by law
• A successor entity in case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, analyze usage, and detect fraud. You may control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will impair Platform functionality.

DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption, encrypted storage of sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no transmission method is 100% secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your password.

DATA RETENTION

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations (tax and regulatory records may be retained up to 8 years). Thereafter, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@acceltradex.com.

CHILDREN

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
